SUNDAY STORY- This Women posted 5 tweets about Rape that will make every man think.

fail

Rape has been proved as a major issue over the time. For its history part, it evolved around the time when Humankind was established. Old isn’t it? But sadly, still many never understood the term “Rape.”

The dictionary defines it as,
rape v. Force someone to have sex with him against their will.

Ya, that’s what Oxford defines it as.

Did you notice the pronoun Him in the definition?

Many men comprehend this but there are still some who don’t and for them a twitter user had the perfect words. Nafisa Ahmed (@thatxxv) explained rape without even talking about it in the first place. She had the perfect 5 tweets about it. She explained it by a talking about $5. She had an analogy to put it down in a way everybody gets it.

She had her thoughts poured out and as usual many did not agree and tried to mock her but Nafisa had some stunning replies for them too.

She made her point by explaining and by arguing.

But how much we understand about this on ground, some say it’s the clothes that women’s wear, some say it’s the attractiveness of the girl that drags her in the claws and some even blamed the alcohol, overall they said that it’s all the victims fault.

If rape was about how revealing her clothes were, rape rates would doubles during summer.
But they don’t.

If rape was about how much sex she had in the past, virgins wouldn’t get raped.
But they do.

If rape was about how attractive a girl is by conventional standards, then only thin, white, abled people would get raped.
But they don’t.

Rape is NOT the victims fault.
We all have two ways to act or to think,

For example, we could spend the wealth we have on the guns and give it in the hands of the rebels and wage a war or we can use the same wealth to fill the same hands with food.

Energy, we create nuclear bombs from it or we can enlighten a house from it.
It’s all about how we see and act.

It’s never the victims fault.
