5 ways to increase your Immunity against Coronavirus

July 29, 2020, The Liberacy:- Immunity is your real shield against Covid-19 coronavirus. With over 15 million people infected with COVID-19 coronavirus, medical infrastructure working over its capacity, and the police busy with sealing the containment zones and maintaining the curfew, India still has a long road ahead to be declared corona-free.  Although the government is trying to provide free treatment to the patients who have tested positive as declared by the Maharashtra Government,  it is scary for some of us to even think if we can afford the treatment.

Scientists are arguing that the possibilities of one’s contracting the virus or recovering from it depends highly on the strength of his/her immunity system. Pertaining to this claim we have many pharmaceutical and lifestyle companies coming up with tablets and drinks that promises better immunity. While some products might be good other companies have just found out a tactic to increase their sales while climbing on the fears of the citizens.
Should we just consume all these products claiming that they can protect you against the virus? Or can we try a few home remedies right from our grandmother’s kitchen?
