Abu Dhabi:- Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes are set to drop their intention to appeal against the controversial results in F1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, where Redbull Driver Max Verstappen won, clinching over in the last lap against Lews Hamilton.
Mercedes dropped their intention to drop the appeal after its two major protests post-race, were dismissed, which resulted in the creation of a 96-hour long window for the Silver Arrow to file a complaint officially.
Lewis Hamilton played a crucial role in the process.

There were no statements from the Mercedes since the protests were dismissed, but Lewis Hamilton made some broken statements in a ceremony, where he received Knighthood from the Prince of Whales at Windsor Castle.
According to rumors, Lewis Hamilton has made an official request to Mercedes, that he doesn’t want to win the title through courts, which results in Lewis Hamilton and Mercedes dropping off the appeal.
