Jayaprakash Narayan is one of my favorite: Bhupesh Baghel

Raipur, Chattisgarh:- Congress CM of Chhattisgarh said, “Jayaprakash Narayan is one of my favorite leaders,” when asked about his non-congress favorite leaders.

This was one of those moments when any senior congress leader has taken the name of Jayaprakash Narayan, but not in a bad light.

CM Baghel was in a interview with Samdish bhatia of YouTube Channel Unfiltered by Samdish.

Samdish asked about his affection towards the non-congress leaders and asked who was his favorite, and CM Baghel did not shy to express his affection for the leaders but said something that congress chiefs in Delhi might not like.
“Jayprakash Narayan is one of my favorite non-congress politicians,” said the congress CM of Chhattisgarh.
He might have forgotten that Jayprakash Narayan was the one major leader who stood against Indira Gandhi for the political turmoil of the time which led to the emergency conditions in India and ultimately overthrowing Indira from the post of Prime Minister and congress out of power.

Samdish did remind him why he was shocked when CM took the name of JP, citing the emergency and Indira Gandhi turning into a dictator.
