June 19, 2019, The Liberacy:- The World Population Prospectus 2019 report of the United Nations presented a document that says, India will be the most populous country by 2027, overtaking China. Agreeing to the report presented, the population on India will be 1.5 billion by the end of this century and whereas, because of the birth control preventive measures by China, its total count will decrease and remain at 1.1 billion.

The UN report also points out the increase in the age average of the world by 2050. By 2050 1/6th of the world will be over the age of 65, whereas, in 2019, it was 1/9th of the world.
According to the report, the world headcount will be majorly increased because of these 9 Countries:- India, Nigeria, Pakistan, Congo, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Indonesia, Egypt, and America.

By the end of this century, India will rank 1, with a population of 1.5 billion, China on 2nd with a population of 1.1 billion, Nigeria on 3rd with 733 million people, US on 4th with 434 million people and Pakistan on 5th with a total population of 410 million and the total population of the world will reach 11 billion by the end of this century.
According to the report, India and Nigeria will together account 23% of the total population and the report points out that there will be 41% of the world’s total people accumulated, where women give birth to 4 children in their lifetime and these countries are, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Mexico, Philippines, and Egypt.
The world fertility rate in 1990 was 3.5%, which decreased to 2.5% in 2019 and is predicted to be 2.2% by 2050.
