Bob Dole, also known as a Republican Stalwart and 1996 presidential candidate, was one of the most remarkable personalities of the Capitol, mainly for his plain-spoken conversations.
World remembered Dole as he left at the age of 98 in his sleep.
Taiwan’s Foreign Ministry paid tribute to the veteran U.S. Senator and a World War II hero of the allied forces.
