The old grave of fear for Kevin Hart Sex Tape trial is underway as his motion for summary judgment was denied. Montia Sabbage, the woman in the Sex tape sued Hart.
Montia has accused Kevin that while they had sex in a Las Vegas hotel room, he was aware that there was a camera filming, and Kevin used the video for a publicity stunt.
Montia Sabbage has asked for $60 million in damages.
Montia Sabbage blamed Kevin Hart for secretly filming their Sex video and leaking it online to gain publicity for the scandal, and ultimately promote his career.
Montia said, “I saw Hart adjusting the mirror as if he knew the camera was not in the proper frame and not pointing towards them.”
Kevin Hart has previously publically apologized to Sabbage on the “Kevin Hart Sex Tape” controversy by releasing a video, where he was adamant that he will NOT allow some to have a financial gain over his success.
